THESE MATTERS, in respect of the land at 265 Balliol Street, having come in for public hearing on July 27, 2020, and the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (“LPAT”) having issued its oral decision delivered on July 28, 2020 with the written decision issued on August 4, 2020 (the “Decision”) allowing the appeal of the Zoning by-law Amendment, in part;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received written confirmation from counsel for the City that the conditions set out in the Decision of August 4, 2020 have now been satisfied;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having withheld its final order, pending the satisfaction of conditions set out in the Decision of August 4, 2020;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal of the application to amend Zoning By-law No. 438-86 and 569-2013 of the City of Toronto is allowed in part and the City’s By-laws are hereby amended in accordance with the final form of amendment as set out in Schedules “A” and “B” hereto. The Tribunal may be spoken to in the event any matter arises in connection with the implementation of this Order.
