MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY HUGH S. WILKINS ON JULY 2, 2021 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1Caveze Investments Limited (“Appellant”) appealed the failure of the City of Brampton to make a decision with respect to the Appellant’s application for site plan approval regarding the property located at 10605 Coleraine Drive.
2On July 2, 2021, the Tribunal held a Case Management Conference (“CMC”) at which the Parties discussed the preparation of a draft Procedural Order and Issues List and opportunities for settlement discussions.
3At the CMC, the Parties discussed the scoping of issues and expressed optimism regarding the prospects for settlement discussions. They requested, and the Tribunal directed, that a further CMC be scheduled at which an update on settlement discussions will be provided and an Issues List and draft Procedural Order can be presented. At the CMC, the Tribunal confirmed that the Region of Peel is a Party in this proceeding.
4The Tribunal scheduled a further CMC for Monday, October 25, 2021.

5The Tribunal orders a further CMC will be held by video hearing on Monday, October 25, 2021 at 10 a.m.
