THIS MATTER having come before the Tribunal for a Hearing and the Tribunal having issued an Oral Decision on June 21, 2019 and a Written Decision on July 16, 2019 having allowed the appeal in part and withheld the Final Order pending the completion of conditions;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received confirmation on consent from the Applicant and the City of Toronto that the conditions have been satisfied;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the Zoning By-law 438-86 is amended as set out in Attachment ‘A’ to this order and that the Zoning By-law 569-2013 is amended as set out in Attachment ‘B’ to this order.
The Tribunal may be spoken to in the event that some matter should arise in connection with the implementation of this Decision and Order.
