AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY GERRY DIVARIS
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order (“Decision”) issued on May 7, 2020, is hereby amended.
2By deleting the first sentence of paragraph [7] of the Decision:
“In response to the Participants concerns Ken Vaillancourt, spouse of the Appellant addressed the remedial works under way on the Subject Property to address the compliance issues as identified by the Town, in the Minutes of Settlement agreed to between the Parties.”
and replacing it with the following with change indicated by underline:
“In response to the Participants concerns Ken Vaillancourt, a witness called by the Appellant addressed the remedial works under way on the Subject Property to address the compliance issues as identified by the Town, in the Minutes of Settlement agreed to between the Parties.”
3In all other respects the Tribunal’s Decision remains the same.
