1This Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was for the purpose of updating the Tribunal on the status of appeals by 415 Yonge Holding Ltd (“Applicant/Appellant”) from the refusal of the City of Toronto to amend Zoning By-law Nos. 438-86 and 569-2013 as these pertain to the lands known municipally as 409 – 415 Yonge Street and 9 – 17 McGill Street.
2Mr. Lantz informed the Tribunal that the Applicant is currently reviewing potential modifications to the proposal and requested that another CMC be held in the later part of November 2021.
3Accordingly, a CMC by telephone conference call is scheduled for Friday, November 26, 2021 at 9 a.m.
