AMENDING DECISION OF THE TRIBUNAL DELIVERED BY D.S. COLBOURNE AND G. BURTON
1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal's Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Decision and Order ("Decision") issued on June 22, 2021, is hereby amended.
2By deleting paragraphs [18] and [20] from the Decision and replacing it with the following:
18The Tribunal also notes that Minutes of Settlement between Sun Life Assurance Company of Canada and Ed Mirvish Enterprises Ltd. will shortly be executed.
20The Tribunal will withhold its Final Order until such time as the Conditions No. 3 (a) to (i) are addressed, and it has been informed that Minutes of Settlement referred to in para. 18 have been signed.
3In all other respects, the Tribunal's Decision remains the same.
