DECISION DELIVERED BY M.A. SILLS AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
Having considered the evidence presented before this Panel, it is the Tribunal’s finding that the By-law enacted to permit the development of the two 2-storey apartment buildings is based on sound planning principles.
The evidence presented in favour of the proposed development is meritorious from a policy standpoint and justifiable on a granular analysis.
This panel is satisfied that the development constitutes no negative impact. It also complies with all relevant Provincial policies and the Official Plan.
The Municipality, in this instance has demonstrated fully that the appeal is lacking planning merits.
The appeal is without merit and is hereby ordered to be dismissed.
