DECISION DELIVERED BY SHARYN VINCENT AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1This was the first Case Management Conference (“CMC”) convened to hear appeals by Oakwood Park Investments GP Inc. against Council’s failure to make decisions with respect to applications to amend the Official Plan designation and the zoning of lands known municipally as 601, 603, and 605 Oakwood Park in order to permit the site to be redeveloped to support a five storey, 30 unit rental, residential building.

Members of the public who were observing the proceeding were advised by the Tribunal to request ongoing notice of the proceedings in writing with the Tribunal’s Case Co-ordinator.
