1In accordance with Rule 24.4 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, whereby the Tribunal may at any time and without prior notice to the parties correct a technical or typographical error made in a decision or order, the Order (“Order”) issued on June 14, 2021 is hereby amended
2By deleting paragraph [14] and replacing it with the following:
Where permitted, automobile-oriented development shall be designed to reinforce street edges, achieve a pedestrian scale and contribute to a high quality public realm and streetscapes through a combination of site planning, landscaping and built form in accordance with the Town’s Urban Design Guidelines.
3In all other respects the Tribunal’s Order remains the same.
