Order
THIS MATTER having come on for a public hearing, and the Board in its Decision issued April 17, 2015 (Decision), and the Board also issuing an amending order on July 19, 2017 (Order);
AND THE BOARD having received a previous request from the Applicant to amend Condition B.1 of attachment 2 set out in the Board’s Decision, which extended the conditional approval lapsing date to three years from the date of conditional site plan approval;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a previous request to extend Condition B.1 of attachment 2 of the Board’s Decision issued April 17, 2015 to four years from the date of conditional site plan approval, to July 21, 2020;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a previous request to extend Condition B.1 of attachment 2 of the Board’s Decision issued April 17, 2015 to December 20, 2020;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a previous request to extend Condition B.1 of attachment 2 of the Board’s Decision issued April 17, 2015 to June 20, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a further request to extend Condition B.1 of attachment 2 of the Board’s Decision issued April 17, 2015;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that condition B.1 of attachment 2 of the Board’s Decision issued April 17, 2015 is amended as set out below:
- That this conditional approval lapse if final approval has not been issued by August 20, 2021;
The Tribunal may be spoken to should any matters arise respecting the implementation of this Order.
In all other respects, the Decision remains as issued.
