THE TRIBUNAL AMENDS its Order issued February 24, 2021, by deleting the following paragraph on page 3:
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that pursuant to subsection 51(56.1) of the Planning Act, the City of Brampton, as the approval authority in which the lands are situated, shall have the authority to clear the conditions of draft plan approval and to administer final approval of the plan of subdivision for the purposes of subsection 51(58)
of the Planning Act.
and replacing it with the following:
AND THE TRIBUNAL FURTHER ORDERS that pursuant to subsection 51(56.1) of the Planning Act, the Town of Caledon, as the approval authority in which the lands are situated, shall have the authority to clear the conditions of draft plan approval and to administer final approval of the plan of subdivision for the purposes of subsection 51(58) of the Planning Act.
In all other respects, the Order remains as issued.
