ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1The Tribunal having issued its decision on December 30, 2020 with an attached Procedural Order and Video Hearing details.
2As requested on consent of the parties, the Tribunal adjourned the March 29, 2021 hearing.
3The Tribunal having been provided with a revised Procedural Order on consent.
4The Tribunal Orders that the Procedural Order issued December 30, 2020 is hereby rescinded effective as of this date, and the Procedural Order attached hereto as Schedule 1 is substituted in its place and now in full force and effect.
5The Tribunal Orders that a two-day hearing is rescheduled to proceed by a video hearing commencing on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 10 a.m.
