1The Tribunal having issued a revised Procedural Order on April 21, 2021; and
2As requested on consent of the parties, the Tribunal adjourned the June 30, 2021 Case Management Conference (CMC); and
3The Tribunal having cancelled and rescheduled the previously scheduled hearing on the merits;
4The Tribunal Orders that the Procedural Order issued April 21, 2021 is hereby rescinded effective as of this date.
5The Tribunal Orders that a one-day CMC is rescheduled to proceed by video commencing on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 10 a.m.
