DECISION DELIVERED BY S. TOUSAW AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1This Decision constitutes an addendum to the Decision issued on October 22, 2021. That Decision had granted the Parties’ request to file a final Procedural Order (“PO”) on consent and to advise whether the next scheduled Case Management Conference (“CMC”) was required.
2At the Parties’ request, the CMC was not held. However, despite further progress on the PO, the City, in consultation with all Parties, requests that a further CMC be scheduled, at which time details of phasing and any outstanding matters in the PO will be addressed.
3The Tribunal consents to this request, recognizing that the Parties will continue with best efforts to refine the process and issues, and that any Party’s outstanding procedural concerns may be addressed at the next CMC.
4The next CMC is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 24, 2022 by video hearing. No further notice will be given.
5Parties are asked to log into the video hearing at least 15 minutes before the start of the event to test their video and audio connections:
