THE TRIBUNAL having received a notice of appeal of City of Toronto Zoning By-Law 647-2021 filed by John Hartley dated August 12, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having undertaken the preliminary screening of the appeal, as per Rule 15.1 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having identified an insufficient appeal fee for John Hartley;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having issued a fee underpayment letter to the Appellant on October 19, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having informed the appellant of the lack of appeal fee and Tribunal documents needed to reduce the appeal fee on November 26, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having provided the Appellant an extension to file their appeal fee or request a fee reduction by December 8, 2021;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received no response from the Appellant pay their appeal fee in full after requests to do so;
THE TRIBUNAL HEREBY ORDERS that the appeal of City of Toronto Zoning By-Law 647-2021 by John Hartley is dismissed pursuant to subsection 34(25) of the Planning Act.
