THIS MATTER having come on for public hearing and after the hearing, the Tribunal in its Decision issued June 9, 2021, granted approval to the Phase One draft plan, and pursuant to subsection 51(56.1) of the Act, the final approval of this subdivision having been delegated to the Municipality of Port Hope;

AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request to approve certain revisions to the draft plan approved by the Tribunal, and the Tribunal having received the consent of the parties, and after reviewing the request;

THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that draft plan approval shall now apply to the draft as set out in Attachment 1 to this Order.
