INTRODUCTION
1The Tribunal held its third Case Management Conference (“CMC”) concerning appeals from Leaside and Hyde Park of the City’s Official Plan Amendment No. 450 (“OPA 450”).
2In the lead up to this third CMC on PL200376, Leaside had filed Zoning By-law Amendment applications (“ZBAs”) and Site Plan Amendment applications with regard to the lands at 126, 132, and 134 Laird Drive, and had also appealed them to the Tribunal. Pursuant to Tribunal direction, Leaside had given public notice of the Tribunal’s first CMC for those lands (OLT File Nos. OLT-21-001
