THESE MATTERS having been subject to previous Decisions and Orders issued by the Tribunal, with the most recent having been issued on December 5, 2018 (“Order”) which amended the lapsing dates for the conditions of subdivision for the following subdivisions: Ferguson Farm South (OLT Case No. PL030229) Ferguson Farm Northeast (OLT Case No. PL030228) and Ferguson Farm Northwest (OLT Case No. PL000542), Redner Subdivisions (OLT Case No. 020773) and for the Penryn Park Subdivision (OLT Case No. PL030230) (“the Subdivisions”);
AND THE TRIBUNAL having received a request from AON Inc. dated November 4, 2021 that the lapsing conditions be further extended from December 31, 2021 until December 21, 2024, together with a resolution from Council for the Town of Port Hope supporting the request;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the time when the approval of the draft plans of subdivision and draft plan conditions shall lapse is further extended from December 31, 2021 for an additional period of three (3) years such that the next date, by which time the plans of subdivision must be registered, is now December 31, 2024, such extension to apply to the following five plans of subdivision: (1) Ferguson Farm South (OLT Case No. PL030229); (2) Ferguson Farm Northeast (OLT Case No. PL030228); (3) Ferguson Farm Northwest (OLT Case No. PL000542); (4) Redner Subdivisions (OLT Case No. 020773); and (5) the Penryn Park Subdivision (OLT Case No. PL030230).
