THE TRBIUNAL having issued an Order on December 7, 2021 (“Order”) dismissing the appeal of Greg Rea;
THE TRIBUNAL hereby orders that the Order is amended by replacing the following paragraph:
AND THE TRIBUNAL having undertaken the preliminary screening of the appeal, as per Rule 26.05 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure and having determined that the appeal is not valid because the Appellant did not provide oral or written submissions to council in accordance with the legislative requirements set out in subsection 34(19) of the Planning Act;
with
AND THE TRIBUNAL having undertaken the preliminary screening of the appeal, as per Rule 15.1 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Practice and Procedure and having determined that the appeal is not valid because the Appellant did not provide oral or written submissions to council in accordance with the legislative requirements set out in subsection 34(19) of the Planning Act;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS in all respects, that the Order issued on December 7, 2021, remains the same.
