AND UPON the request by the Town of Oakville for an Order dismissing the appeal without holding a public hearing under subsection 19(1) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, 2021, S.O. 2021, c. 4, Sched. 6, and the Tribunal having provided the appellant with the opportunity to provide the information requested in accordance with subsection 19(2) of the Ontario Land Tribunal Act, and the appellant not having responded in the timeframe specified by the Tribunal;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the appeal by Zancor Oakville Ltd. is dismissed.
