THIS MATTER having come on for a public hearing and after the hearing, the Tribunal in its Decision issued on August 21, 2018, granted approval to the application, subject to the fulfilment of the condition(s) as set out in the Decision;
AND THE TRIBUNAL having been advised by Cabedge Developments Inc., being the current owner of the property, that they have now satisfied all of the conditions and confirmed by the City of Toronto;
THE TRIBUNAL ORDERS that the amendments to By-law No. 438-86 of the former City of Toronto and By-law No. 569-2013 in December 2016 to permit the redevelopment of lands located at 227 Gerrard Street East in the Cabbagetown South area of the Downtown are approved as set out in ‘Schedule A’ to this Order.
