MEMORANDUM OF ORAL DECISION DELIVERED BY JATINDER BHULLAR ON JULY 14, 2021 AND ORDER OF THE TRIBUNAL
1This was the first Case Management Conference (“CMC”). This matter arises as 1536850 Ontario Inc. (“Applicant/Appellant”) appeals under s. 34(11) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended (the “Act”). The Township of Adelaide Metcalfe (the “Township”) refused the application for a zoning by-law amendment (“ZBA”). The Applicant/Appellant sought through the ZBA, a temporary zone provision for the fixed period of three years to permit residential use of the existing building in a Corridor Commercial (CC) zone.
2The affidavit of service for the CMC was marked as Exhibit 1 for the record.
3After the CMC, the Applicant/Appellant contacted the Tribunal and withdrew their appeal.
4The matter is no longer before the Tribunal and the file is closed.
