1These are termination applications under section 63 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”).
2A decision was issued on July 17, 2001. Reconsideration requests have been filed by the applicants and by the intervening employer (“the employer”).
3I have considered the circumstances of these cases, the submissions of the parties and the reconsideration requests. Having done so, I am satisfied that the decision of July 17, 2001 should be withdrawn and I hereby withdraw that decision. The matters at issue in these cases can best be dealt with at a hearing in the usual course. The parties are free to raise the issues arising in these cases before the panel of the Board hearing the matter.
4These applications shall be heard in the “Board Room”, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, on Monday, August 27, 2001, at 9:30 a.m.
