This is an application under subsection 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c. 1, as amended (the “Act”).
Upon a review of the pleadings the Board hereby makes the following declaration:
Pursuant to subsection 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, it is declared that Hydro One Inc., Hydro One Networks Inc., Hydro One Network Services Inc., Hydro One Remote Communities Inc., Hydro One Telecom Inc., Ontario Hydro International Inc., Ontario Hydro Delivery Services Inc., Hydro One Markets Inc. and Ontario Hydro Energy Inc. constitute one employer for the purposes of the Labour Relations Act, 1995.
