1On June 8, 2001 the Board received a letter from Gordon Kottler via facsimile transmission indicating that he wished to file an appeal on behalf of 1420594 Ontario Inc. On June 12, 2001 the Board sent Mr. Kottler a package containing the proper application form and a copy of the Board’s Rules of Procedure and the relevant information bulletin. Mr. Kottler was advised that he must file a proper application within 10 working days of the Board’s letter or that the application would be terminated. He was also advised that he was not permitted to file via facsimile transmission. The Board has not received a proper application on behalf of 1420594 Ontario Inc.
DISPOSITION
2This application is therefore terminated.
