DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 19, 2001
1The applicant in the related employer application ("the union") has requested the production of various documents listed in union counsel's letter to the Board of June 18, 2001. The union seeks a production order from the Board.
2The Board orders production of the documents listed in paragraphs 1 to 11 of the letter, subject to the following. Unless a shorter period has been requested by the union, the documents to be produced will be for the period starting from three years prior to the date of the related employer application (March 7, 2001) to the present. If the union requires production of any document which pre-dates this period, such document will be made available to the union's counsel at the employer's premises. Any copies of such documents required by the union's counsel will be produced by the employer at the union's expense.
