Decision
1These three applications involve many of the same parties and involve facts which are common to all three applications. The Registrar is directed to place all three files before the same panel of the Board on May 23, 2001 as is scheduled already to hear Board File No. 3361-00-R.
2The hearing date of May 22, 2001 in Board File No. 0474-00-G is cancelled. The Board will hold a consultation in respect of the applications in Board File Numbers 0474-01-G and 0487-01-U on May 23, 2001, in conjunction with the hearing in Board File No. 3361-00-R. The purpose of this consultation will be procedural only. That is, the direction with respect to what issues will be litigated in Board File No. 3361-00-R, contained in the Board’s decision on April 19, 2001 is affirmed. At some appropriate point during the day, the Board will discuss what issue(s) in all of the three files should be litigated, and in what order.
