1Board File No. 0296-01-G is a referral of a grievance pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). It is scheduled for hearing on July 17, 2001. Board File No. 0994-01-R is an application under section 69 and 1(4) of the Act. It was filed on July 3, 2001 and the applicant asks that it be heard together with the application in Board File No. 0296-01-G.
2As the two applications are related the Board considers it appropriate that they be scheduled together. The application in Board File No. 0994-01-R is therefore also scheduled to proceed on July 17, 2001 before the same panel as 0296-01-G. The date by which the responding parties must file their responses is therefore abridged to July 12, 2001.
