The parties have agreed to adjourn the hearing dates of November 27, December 13 and 14, 2001 in view of the anticipated passing of Bill 130 in December. The applicant has undertaken to advise the parties and the Board on or before December 20, 2001 as to whether it will be asking to adjourn the hearing dates currently scheduled for January 23 and 24, 2002 as well.
