Having regard the agreement of the parties, the name of the applicant is hereby amended to "Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada, Local 2".
Having further regard to the agreement of the parties, Board File No. 1029-01-U is dismissed and Board File No. 3525-00-R is referred to the Manager of Field Services for the appointment of a Labour Relations Officer to meet with the parties at a mutually convenient time for the counting of the ballots.
