This is an application to terminate bargaining rights. A representation vote was held on November 19, 2001 and the ballot box was sealed.
On December 17, 2001 the parties attended a hearing at the Board and entered into a Memorandum of Agreement in respect of this matter.
That agreement provides for the opening of the ballot box and counting of the ballots on or after January 2, 2002. The Manager of Field Services has arranged with the parties to count the ballots on January 3, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. in the “Board Room”, 2nd Floor, 505 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario.
Hearing dates previously set are hereby adjourned.
