DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 30, 2001
1The Board, differently constituted, by decision dated July 12, 2001 in this application for review under the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. E. 14, as am. directed the applicant to file a breakdown of statutory deductions with the Board on or before July 25, 2001. The Board went on to state:
If the applicant has not filed a Breakdown of Statutory Deductions on or before July 25, 2001, this application will be dismissed and the Director will be ordered to pay out the monies held in trust. It is likely that the Employment Standards Branch will take steps to collect the balance.
2As of the date of this decision, the Board has not received the breakdown of statutory deductions the applicant was directed to file. Therefore, in accordance with the Board’s decision of July 12, 2001, this application is dismissed.
3It remains to the Director to determine how to disburse the funds held in trust.
