DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 21, 2001
Having reviewed the submissions of the parties the Board finds it appropriate to extend the terminal date to January 15, 2001.
The Board notes that counsel for the responding parties George Slupeiks and 1092124 Ontario Inc. c.o.b. as G.S. Mechanical, has undertaken to accept service on behalf of his client and ensure that the required notices are posted by his client.
The applicant is directed to provide the Board with an address for Chris Slupeiks and Mechtek Mechanical so that the Board is able to send out its confirmation of these applications. Mail for Chris Slupeiks and Mechtek Mechanical has been returned by Purolator with the notation “Moved”. While the Board sympathizes with the applicant’s difficulties in attempting to serve the responding parties, before these matters can proceed the Board must be able to send out its confirmation of Filing of Application and Notice to Employees to the affected parties.
These matters are referred to the Registrar and the Manager of Field Services.
