1This is an application for the referral of a grievance to arbitration pursuant to section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S. O. 1995 ch. 1 (the "Act"). The Board has received a copy of correspondence from the responding party, a copy of which is attached to this decision. Notwithstanding that this is not filed in the proper form, the Board is prepared to treat the letter as a request for reconsideration.
2The Board directs the applicant to respond to the factual allegations in this letter on or before July 18, 2001. I will remain seized to deal with this request for reconsideration.
