Decision of the Board
1Pursuant to the Board’s decision of April 20, 2001, one of the responding parties, Andan Drywall Ltd., filed its submissions as to why it submits that the applicant should not be permitted to add another responding party to this application. Although directed to do so in the April 20 decision, the applicant did not reply to these submissions.
2In the absence of any submissions from the applicant, the Board dismisses the request to add Sager Drywall Ltd. as a responding party.
