DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 30, 2001
1. This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). It was filed on June 30, 1998. The application has been adjourned a number of times at the request of the parties. Most recently in January 2001 the parties agreed to adjourn two hearing dates. At the time they indicated that they would contact the Board with further dates. The Board has not heard from the parties. On April 3, 2001 the Registrar asked the parties to advise the Board with respect to the status of this matter by April 19, 2001. The Board has not received any correspondence from the parties.
2. The parties are directed to advise the Board on or before May 15, 2001 as to whether they wish to proceed with this matter. If no such advice is received this application will be terminated.
