1This is an application for review pursuant to the Employment Standards Act. It was scheduled to be heard on November 8, 2001. However, the claimant advised the Board, by letter dated October 29, 2001, that she is withdrawing her claim (No. 30-014279). By letters dated November 7 and 8, 2001, counsel for the applicant confirms that the matter has been resolved and indicates that the Director of Employment Standards has been notified in order to have the monies held in trust under Order to Pay No. 56143 returned to the attention of applicant’s counsel.
2The Ministry of Labour, as a party, does not appear to have signified its agreement to the resolution of the matter. If the Ministry has any objection to the termination of this matter, it shall so advise the Board within ten days of the date of this decision. Failing such objection, the application will be deemed terminated.
