DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 12, 2001
This is a section 69/1(4) application under the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 (“the Act”).
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die until July 24, 2002 on the following terms:
Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
If any party requests the matter be set down for hearing within that time, the parties will attempt to resolve any preliminary issues (including those regarding the status of the CAW and the Red Cross and the order of presenting evidence) in advance of the hearing, with the assistance of a Labour Relations Officer if necessary.
If the matter is to proceed the parties shall endeavour to settle a written Agreed Statement of Facts.
