DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 1, 2001
This is an application for termination of bargaining rights which was filed on April 26, 2001. However, the application was accompanied by photocopied documents purporting to be evidence of the wishes of employees not to be represented by the responding party. The Board does not find the photocopied documents to be evidence sufficient for the purposes of section 63(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. This application will therefore not be processed further until the original evidence is provided. If the Board does not receive the original documents on or before May 8, 2001 this application will be terminated.
