DECISION OF THE BOARD; October 29, 2001
This is an application regarding failure to comply with the terms of a settlement pursuant to section 96(7) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. The settlement relates to a complaint filed by the applicant in Board File No. 3596-00-U in respect of an alleged violation of section 74. Under the terms of the settlement, that complaint was withdrawn.
At the outset of the hearing, the Board was informed that the applicant has filed another complaint under section 74 of the Act against the same responding party and involving the same employer, being Board File No. 1117-01-U.
The parties are agreed that the instant application should be heard at the same time as the application in Board File No. 1117-01-U.
Accordingly, the Board directs the Registrar to schedule both applications to be heard together at a consultation, on a date to be set in consultation with the parties, as early as reasonably possible.
This panel of the Board is not seized.
