By letters dated November 22, 2001 and November 23, 2001 from counsel for International Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 6, 7, and 25 and International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers, respectively, in which they contend that their clients wish to intervene in this application.
[3]. These interested parties and their counsel shall be added to the list of addresses in this file and shall be provided with notice of hearing and meetings. The panel hearing the matter shall determine their status to participate. The other parties to the application shall provide all other relevant documentation to the interested parties.
