1Having regard to correspondence dated November 8, 2001 from the applicant, this application is hereby withdrawn with leave of the Board.
2The Registrar will destroy the ballot cast in the representation vote taken in this matter following the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision unless a statement requesting that the ballot should not be destroyed is received by the Board from one of the parties before the expiration of such 30 day period.
3The employer is directed to post copies of this decision immediately, in a location or locations in the workplace where it will come to the attention of employees affected by the application. These copies must remain posted for 30 days.
