DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 9, 2001
This is an application to terminate bargaining rights in the construction industry.
By letter dated May 3, 2001 the responding party requests a copy of the Certificate of Delivery filed by the applicant and the postmark envelope in which the application was filed. Both of these documents are contained in the Board’s file.
The other parties to this application shall have until Friday, May 11, 2001 to advise the Board if they oppose this request. Such response, if any, should contain detailed reasons in the event that the request is opposed. The responding party is not required to respond unless requested to do so by the Board.
In the event that no objections are received within the time frame provided, the Registrar is directed to provide the requested documents to the applicant. If responses are received I remain seized to deal only with the issue of the release of the documents that are the subject matter of this decision.
