The application was scheduled for hearing on December 13 at 9:30 a.m. Notice of the hearing was provided to all of the parties including the applicant. No one appeared on behalf of the applicant at the hearing. The Board waited 30 minutes according to its usual practice to accommodate any latecomers. However, as no one attended on behalf of the applicant the application for review was dismissed.
