1A hearing was set for these matters to commence on May 16, 2001.
2At the hearing Mr. Naraine informed the Board that his counsel was ill and could not attend. The Board directed Mr. Naraine to advise his counsel that his counsel should send a letter to the Board, with a copy to both counsels for the other parties, as to the reasons why he could not appear at the hearing.
3An adjournment was granted on the representation of Mr. Naraine.
