1By correspondence dated June 27, 2001 copied to the other parties, counsel for the applicant requested that the Board make the successor trade union declarations sought in its application. Counsel for the applicant also indicated that his client understands that the employer has withdrawn its objections to this application, but that attempts to contact employer counsel have been unsuccessful.
2In the circumstances, the Board directs the responding party employer, Nordic Gaming Corporation, to file its submissions in response to the applicant’s correspondence of June 27, 2001 (attached) by no later than two (2) days from the date of this decision. If no submissions are received by that time, the Board will deem the responding party employer to have withdrawn its objections to this application.
