DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 19, 2001
1. This is a complaint filed pursuant to the provisions of section 49(1) the Occupational Health and Safety Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. 0. 1, as amended ('the Act').
2. On May 20, 2001 the Board directed the applicant to file better particulars. The applicant sought, and obtained from the Board, an extension of time for filing the particulars. They were to be received by the Board on or before June 15, 2001. The applicant was warned that the application would be dismissed if the particulars were not filed.
3. The particulars have not been received. The application is defective and is hereby dismissed.
