1This is an application for certification filed under the construction industry provisions of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, S.O. 1995, c.1 ('the Act').
2The Board is in receipt of correspondence (not copied to the other parties) dated “April 2001” received by the Board on April 26, 2001 from Mr. Frank Portelli. Mr Portelli advises that he is an employee of the responding party and makes submissions in relation to this application.
3The Registrar is directed to provide Mr. Portelli with notice of hearing (and any changes thereto). The panel scheduled to hear this matter can determine whether or not he should be added as an interested party to this application.
4Mr. Portelli is advised that all documents filed with the Board must be copied to all other parties to the application. The Registrar is directed to provide a copy of the correspondence referred to in paragraph 2 to the parties when they are provided with this decision. Mr. Portelli must also be provided with a copy of this decision.
