1This application for review relates to an Officer’s determination made by letter dated October 20, 2000. The application for review was filed with the Board on October 11, 2001.
2By letter dated October 12, 2001 the Registrar of the Board instructed Mr. Chima to advise the Board as to whether he was seeking an extension of time for applying for a review of the Officer’s determination and, if so, his reasons why such an extension ought to be granted. Mr. Chima filed such submissions with the Board by way of letter dated October 18, 2001, a copy of which is attached to this decision.
3The responding parties are hereby directed to file any submissions they wish with the Board to consider in connection with Mr. Chma’s request for an extension, and deliver such submissions to the other parties, no later than Wednesday, October 31, 2001.
