DECISION OF THE BOARD; December 13, 2001
1. The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated December 11, 2001 from counsel for the applicant enclosing material the applicant relies on to prove its status as a trade union. It appears that the correspondence and attached material was not delivered to the other parties as required by Rule 33 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure.
2. In the circumstances, the Board directs the applicant to deliver this material to the other parties forthwith. The other parties may file any responding submissions on the issue of trade union status by December 19, 2001. The applicant will have a period of two (2) days thereafter to file any reply submissions.
